Delete Your Agency Long Account & Data
We respect your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from Agency Long at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
FASTEST
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
- Log into your Agency Long account at grow.agencylong.com
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click "Delete Account" button
- Confirm deletion - this action is permanent
- All data removed immediately
Option 2: Email Request
- Email us at: support@agencylong.com
- Include: Your account email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- We'll process your request within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, settings)
- Ad performance data and reports
- Chat conversations with Lenny
- Tasks and notes
- Connected social media permissions
- All AI-generated content associated with your account
What We May Retain
For legal and security purposes, we may retain:
- Transaction records (for tax/audit requirements)
- Security logs (for fraud prevention - anonymized)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data (cannot identify you)
